On Monday we had a wonderful holiday together. We went to Vacaville, to the Fiesta Days fair. There was an amazing castle-themed park/play structure that we climbed on first. My little Ephraim needed to make all the tic-tac-toe pieces into Os before we left. He made me laugh! At least someone else likes things neat and organized around here besides me! :)
There were some rides Ephraim was too short to ride, and there were some that Gabriel was too big to ride. Here is Ephraim riding the dragon roller coaster. He had a huge smile the whole time.
And a race car.
They both got to go down the giant slide.
The park had a huge dragon to climb.
I got a new hat that my friend Vincent bought for me. I am ready for summer.
My grown-up boy is teaching the Family Home Evening lesson--he came up with the idea, cut out the figures from the magazine by himself, and taught us the story of Moses.
Both boys got new shoes over the weekend. Gabriel got his first pair of tie shoes. We spent tonight practicing how to tie them. He was so patient and proud of himself! Such a milestone!
